Download.jpgThe forms for the cover page and for the scientific report (including instructions) can be downloaded here.
Scientific reports must be sent to GIF no later than three months after the reporting period.
Don't forget.jpgThe reports should be emailed to Science.png. Before sending the scientific report by email, please contact your IT specialist to check if the size of the file is supported by your mail server. We can receive emails of up to 10MB. Please keep the originals in your file in case the GIF control committee requests it.
If the file is too heavy please send it by regular mail and inform us by email that the scientific report was sent.
The scientific report will be sent to the scientific advisors for evaluation.
Together with the final scientific report, the Grantee is required to submit a short evaluation summary (form available for download here). This survey is considered as an integral part of the final report; until it is submitted and approved by GIF, the Grant will not be concluded and the final payment will be withheld.
Furthermore, the Grantees should submit with the final scientific report a short abstract of their project that will appear on the GIF website for the benefit of the scientific community for further scientific ties. Interested parties will be directed to the PIs for further details and/or a copy of the full report.
Upon acceptance of the Final Report and the evaluation summary, the project will be considered officially terminated. A letter of notification will be sent by the GIF to the Principal Investigator (PI) and his/her institution.
