Autumn School in Computational Life Sciences
Meeting Details
- September 8-11, 2025
- Bonn, Germany
The field of computational life sciences has grown rapidly over the years, with single-cell OMICs playing an increasingly important role in analyzing biological systems at a cellular level.
Both the immune system and the brain are some of the most complex biological systems, and single-cell OMICs has revolutionized our understanding of them. In addition, new concepts such as machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLM) are changing the landscape of computational life sciences, offering exciting opportunities for research in these fields.
The autumn school in computational life sciences will offer an interactive educational and networking program for early career researchers, bridging the fields of single-cell OMICs, immunology, brain analysis, machine learning , and advanced computation.
Dates: 08-11/09/2025
Duration of the school: 4 days
Location: German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE), Bonn, Germany
The school is a collaboration between DZNE in Germany and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel and supported by the German Israeli Foundation (GIF).
** Successful applicants who will participate in the school will get travel, accommodation and meals provided and covered by the school.
Application deadline is January 3rd, 2025 at 23:59 CET
