Quantum Future Academy 2023
This year, the Quantum Future Academy will be held as a bi-national event between Germany and Israel. For the first time, students from both countries will attend two one-week sessions on quantum technologies. The first week will take place from 19th – 26th February 2023 in Israel, and the second meeting will be from 3rd – 10th September in Germany.
The Academy is hosted by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the Israeli Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology (MOST), and the German Embassy in Tel Aviv in cooperation with the Weizmann Institute of Science, the Munich Quantum Valley (MQV), and the Munich Center for Quantum Science and Technology (MCQST), the German Israeli Foundation for Scientific Research and Development (GIF), and the VDI Technologiezentrum.

Explore the application potential of quantum technologies! Excursions to leading companies and institutes, lectures by renowned experts, insights into the current state of research and development, workshops and a social program await you.
Who can participate? Application is open to students of engineering or natural sciences from Israeli and German universities in bachelor and master programs with basic knowledge of quantum mechanics (typically third year of studies onwards).
