GIF NEXUS Grants 2022
We are pleased to announce that our Board of Governors has approved for funding 11 research proposals submitted to the GIF Nexus program. The Nexus program enables joint grants by research groups from Germany and Israel, as well as early-career scientists who are taking their first steps in academia. These research projects will contribute to the ongoing fruitful scientific cooperation between the two countries. The 11 grants that will be funded for periods ranging from one to four years, with a budget of up to €800,000 per project, are in the fields of life sciences (with an emphasis on multidisciplinary research) and social sciences (i.e., social justice and human rights).
