A great success! GIF Young Scientists’ Meeting on Small Molecule Activation
On February 19th, 30 young German and Israeli scientists specializing in various aspects of small molecules’ activation convened in Berlin for a GIF Young Scientists Meeting focused on small molecule activation. The meeting aimed to facilitate scientific exchange and to form new longterm collaborations.
All talks were at a very high scientific level. The opening remarks by the esteemed chemist, Prof. Dr. Helmut Schwartz, beautifully highlighted the profound nature of Israeli-German friendship.
We thank our partners Dr. Hannah-Noah Barad and Prof. Lior Elbaz from Bar-Ilan University, as well as Prof. Peter Strasser from Technische Universität Berlin, for an excellent program and seminar.
